Inspired by Kafka’s The Metamorphosis and Schumann’s Papillons （Op. 2）
Not all transformations are gentle, some are born from rupture. Kafka’s metamorphosis speaks of alienation, yet Schumann’s Papillons turns that ache into a fluttering waltz. Through darkness, the self searches for form, and suddenly, wings emerge.
The jadeite on this ring is the heart still becoming. The butterfly is no longer fragile, but proof of the process, resilient, unfolding, and quietly radiant in its own Becoming.
